Our online Parts & Inventory Lookup tool is provided to assist commercial repair shops, fleet operators, and retail customers in identifying replacement automotive cooling and air conditioning components, including:
- Radiators
- Condensers
- A/C Compressors
- Fan Assemblies
- Fuel Pumps
- Heavy-Duty Cooling Units
Stock indicators and wholesale price guidelines displayed or generated through the lookup tool reflect local warehouse availability estimates.
Final pricing, exact part fitment verification, and real-time inventory allocation are confirmed by our parts counter upon quote confirmation.
Pickup, Hotshot Delivery & Order Fulfillment
DB FRANCHISEE LLC offers counter pickup and local hotshot delivery services, subject to product availability and applicable service conditions.
Counter Pickup
Orders placed for counter pickup are available during our regular business hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Hotshot Local Shop Delivery
Same-day hotshot delivery may be available for commercial automotive repair facilities and fleet accounts across Gardena and the South Bay region, including Torrance, Carson, Redondo Beach, Hawthorne, Manhattan Beach, and El Segundo.
Delivery timelines depend on order placement time, product availability, destination, and current delivery queue conditions.
Parts Warranties & Return Policies
DB FRANCHISEE LLC supplies automotive and heavy-duty cooling and A/C components subject to applicable warranty and return terms.
Standard 1-Year Replacement Warranty
Automotive parts sold by DB FRANCHISEE LLC include a standard 1-year limited replacement warranty covering eligible defects in materials and manufacturing.
Extended Commercial Fleet Warranties
Registered commercial fleet accounts may qualify for extended warranty options. Please contact your DB FRANCHISEE LLC account representative for specific warranty terms and eligibility.
Warranty Claims
Warranty coverage is limited to replacement of an eligible defective component. Proof of purchase and part inspection may be required before a warranty replacement is approved.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage or failure resulting from improper installation, vehicle modification, misuse, abuse, or other excluded conditions. Labor costs are not covered unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Commercial Account & Fleet Profile Setup
Automotive repair facilities and commercial fleet operators submitting requests for wholesale account enrollment agree to provide accurate and current business information, including applicable tax resale certificates and business entity details.
Approved commercial accounts may receive access to wholesale counter pricing, account-specific services, and priority hotshot delivery dispatch where available.
Providing false, incomplete, or outdated information may result in the delay, suspension, or termination of commercial account privileges.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website's original content, layout, graphics, branding elements, and technical materials belonging to DB FRANCHISEE LLC are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit protected website content belonging to DB FRANCHISEE LLC without prior written authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.
